As a former general counsel to several different public companies, Drew brings a unique perspective to representing his clients in business transactions. Purchase and sale agreements and leases can be complicated and brokers don’t always understand all of the implications of the language used in most lease and purchase agreement forms. Drew graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Law Review. He then worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher for many years where he worked on a variety of large business transaction, financings, real estate deals and security issuances.
He then served as the general counsel of several different public companies until he accepted a position as partner of Reicker Pfau in Santa Barbara.
Drew practiced corporate and real estate law with Reicker Pfau for 23 years before founding his own firm in 2022. Drew now works with select clients specializing in commercial real estate and business transactions and complex disputes and negotiations.
